At the meeting, Han Xiaonan, associate professor of the School of Marxism of North China University of Technology, also director of the Institute of Characteristic Theory and Cultural Innovation, gave a lecture around "promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the party to in-depth development with strict discipline - interpretation of the CPC Disciplinary Regulations".
