On June 12, 2024, jointly organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongcheng District, the Hepingli Sub district Office of Dongcheng District, and the Anzhen Sub district Office of Chaoyang District, and supported by the Beijing Human Resources Service Industry Association, the 2024 Dongcheng District "100 Days and 10 Million Recruitment Special Action" Unemployment Youth Recruitment Fair was held at the Jinyu Sheraton Hotel in Beijing. CPEC and its affiliated company Xingjiao Human Resources participated in the job fair and won the "Quality Job Development" award.

This recruitment was divided into several sections, including enterprise work areas, online recruitment live areas, and policy promotion service areas, which have attracted many job seekers. This job fair also innovatively adopts the method of live streaming job promotion, through multiple live streaming platforms, to directly transmit recruitment information to job seekers, providing them with a more intuitive and convenient recruitment experience. More than 40 companies participated in the job fair, providing 167 job opportunities and recruiting 881 people. Online live streaming attracted nearly 2000 viewers, with over 400 job seekers recruited on site and nearly 100 job intentions achieved.
