Before the Spring Festival of 2026, CPEC human resources service team successfully assisted a certain airline client in completing an important social security compliance project.
Due to the COVID-19, industry characteristics and other factors, the airline company has defaulted on employees' wages, social insurance premiums, etc. since 2022. Although efforts have been made, it has not been effectively resolved. By the second half of 2025, there will be strong employee feedback and negative social impact.
Under the high attention of the provincial and municipal governments and industry regulatory authorities where the airline is located, it has been decided to resolve outstanding fees before the Spring Festival of 2026. Receiving this request, CPEC human resources service team faced complex challenges and provided precise solutions. The difficulty of this service goes far beyond simply summarizing historical data and making up for expenses, but involves dealing with multiple repetitive and complex situations such as payment records spanning several years, verification of historical payment bases, frequent adjustments to differentiated reduction and exemption policies during the epidemic, adjustments to compensation policies after integrating social security and taxation, and the need to clarify long-term accumulated retirement data. CPEC gradually carried out work in an orderly manner: firstly, systematic data integration: sorting and integrating scattered data to build a clear and coherent data chain. Secondly, refined audit verification: based on the latest social security policies, compare and account for each item, and clarify the scope and amount of retroactive payments. Thirdly, efficient collaboration throughout the entire process: close communication with customers, smooth integration with the social insurance center, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. Finally, on February 3, 2026, CPEC successfully assisted in the arrears payment of nearly 15 million yuan in social insurance fees for the airline’s Beijing branch, effectively safeguarding the compliant operation of the enterprise and the vital rights and interests of employees, and making due contributions to resolving labor disputes and maintaining social harmony and stability.
