CPEC Launches Campaign to Improve Quality and Efficiency of HR Services

From November 6 to 7, 2025, CPEC conducted a theme campaign on enhancing the quality and efficiency of human resources services.

This event adopted a hybrid online and offline format, with offline sub-sites established in Wuhan and Guangzhou, bringing together core team members from multiple locations. Meanwhile, business teams from Beijing, as well as the Tianjin and Hefei branches, participated remotely via video conferencing, enabling synchronized engagement across multiple locations. The event focused on a comprehensive review and in-depth analysis of the business operations for the first half of 2025, systematically summarizing the progress and achievements of various tasks. It also provided a detailed phase-based summary of recent business performance, along with targeted improvement suggestions and measures for identified issues. The company's management expressed high recognition for the human resources service business, while also pointing out existing shortcomings. They emphasized stricter requirements centered on continuously improving service quality and business compliance, stressing that the business team must further enhance efficiency to ensure the successful completion of annual tasks.

During the event, CPEC human resources service management team also visited key clients and peer collaboration partners in various regions, to further strengthen services and cooperative relationships through face-to-face communication, deepen mutual trust, foster win-win partnerships, and lay a more solid foundation for future business expansion.
