On November 8, 2025, China Talent Exchange Association held the third meeting of the fifth session of its Council and Standing Council in Yancheng, Jiangsu. The meeting was hosted by the China Talent Exchange Association，organized by Jiangsu Coastal Human Resources Service Industrial Park and Yancheng Human Resources Service and Security Association. Wang Jianhua, President of the China Talent Exchange Association, delivered a work report. Huan Shaodan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Yancheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Director of Jiangsu Coastal Talent Market, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 120 people, including council members and heads of standing council units, attended the meeting. Representatives from CPEC attended the meeting.
