On September 3, 2025, a group of welfare and caring individuals from Beijing and Nanyang, Henan Province, were invited by CPEC to attend the opening ceremony of the "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" at Yinjia Central Primary School in Enyang District, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province.

The "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" is named after Ms. Jiang Endian, who made outstanding contributions to the rose industry in China. The construction of the "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" at Yinjia Central Primary School in Bazhong City, received the care and support of Ms. Jiang Endian’s son Mr. Chen Di, and her student—Professor Xu Zhichang, former Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of Beijing's Temple of Heaven Park. Together with the faculty, students, and local officials of Yinjia Central Primary School, they began the project on March 12, 2025, the Tree Planting Day. After nearly six months of hard work and meticulous care, the "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" was successfully completed, featuring over 2,000 Chinese rose plants across more than 40 varieties. From the school gate to the student cafeteria, 10 themed rose gardens were planted along the way, including "Flower of Happiness," "Flower of Beauty," "Flower of Sports," "Flower of Friendship," "Flower of Original Aspiration," "Flower of Romance," "Flower of Art," "Flower of Peace," "Flower of Culture," and "Flower of Unity." This also serves as a vivid representation of the school's educational philosophy.

The construction of the "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" at Yinjia Town Central Primary School, holds significant meaning beyond merely greening and beautifying the campus. It also serves to purify the mind, accumulate cultural heritage, and even connect with the world. CPEC and its affiliated company Xingjiao Human Resources participated in the planning and construction of this rose garden. The development and inauguration of the "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" also received strong support from the Nanyang Forestry Science Research Institute of Henan Province, Nanyang Wanbei Rose Planting Professional Cooperative, the Party Committee and Government of Yinjia Town, the Beijing Liaison Office of the Bazhong Municipal People's Government, the Bazhong Municipal Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, and benevolent individuals from all sectors of society.

Before the opening ceremony, representatives from CPEC, guests from Beijing and Nanyang, as well as all the teachers, students, and local officials and residents, collectively watched the live broadcast of the commemorative event marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. The "Endian Chinese Rose Garden" held its opening ceremony on this special day, drawing on the special symbolism of Chinese rose: to wish for world peace, the prosperity and strength of the motherland, and the happiness and well-being of all the people!
