An employee of a dispatch company client unfortunately passed away due to unforeseen circumstances and was unable to declare a work-related injury. His mother was extremely grief stricken and anxious, and was once in a difficult situation. During this process, Cai Huaying, an employee of CPEC who handles social security affairs, always put the needs of clients first and accompanied the employee’s mother to multiple departments many times to gain a deeper understanding of the details of the incident and policy regulations. Faced with numerous obstacles in communication, Cai Huaying did not give up and persevered in coordinating efforts. Finally, applied for relevant reimbursement for the employee and solved the urgent problem for the employee's family.

Considering the future life the mother, Cai Huaying extend the services, actively organized various materials for her, and assisted in applying for relevant living security.
