On July 17, 2025, the China Association of Foreign Service Trades organized a business seminar and exchange activity and the second session of the 9th council in Harbin. As a member of the association, CPEC paid great attention and fully participated in the whole agendas. This event specially invited several well-known legal experts to deeply analyze the common legal issues commonly faced in the current business operation process from the professional perspective of judicial practice. Experts explored how to effectively manage and prevent labor employment risks in the new economic form through vivid case analysis, and also provided forward-looking prospects for the future development trends of relevant regulations in the field of human resources services. In the interactive session, experts had in-depth exchanges with the attending representatives and provided professional answers and practical suggestions for specific issues.
