On July 15, 2024, the head of CPEC visited Suzhou Foreign Affairs Service Center and Suzhou Foreign Affairs Service Center. Two units had in-depth exchanges and discussions on business development, corporate governance, and industry trends.

The Suzhou Foreign Affairs Service Center is directly under the leadership and management of the Suzhou Foreign Affairs Office. It is the only comprehensive service unit in Suzhou that specializes in providing and managing Chinese employees for resident representative offices of foreign organizations. It recommends Chinese and foreign talents to various employers, provides various services such as personnel agency, labor dispatch, overseas employment agency, investment consulting, and business agency.
