From April 14th to 16th, 2024, CPEC held a staff work conference in Beijing. The meeting extensively elaborated and discussed topics such as modifying and implementing company rules and regulations, deploying and implementing a salary and performance system, and strengthening customer service quality. Employees’ opinions and suggestions were widely listened to, which effectively demonstrated the combination of democracy and centralization.
On April 13th, all employees went to Tianjin to participate in the V1 Heat Carnival team building activity, watching V1 racing, motorcycle stunt performances, boxing, street dance performances, and experiencing AI driving, live CS. The team building activities are fashionable, and colorful, enhancing understanding and interaction among employees. Through face-to-face communication, employees from all over the country become more familiar with each other and deepen their understanding of corporate culture.
