Coronavirus caused a sudden epidemic outbreak in Wuhan, a central provincial city in China in early January 2020. It spread quickly and seriously affected many people, even throughout the world.
At such a critical moment, CPEC management team has taken active steps to contribute to the epidemic prevention and control.
First of all, the company is full of humane consideration and care for its employees. The originally scheduled time to resume work after the Lantern Festival has been postponed twice. However due to business needs, various departments had to return to work in late February in a flexible manner combining take turns to office, peak time shifting, and home office. And various disinfection supplies were deployed in the office.
Customer first! CPEC always puts the needs of customers first.
Beginning on the 29th of the twelfth lunar month, according to the requirements of relevant government bodies and organizations, the prevention and control team established by the company began to enter a state of intense combat readiness. During the Spring Festival, we have been inquiring and reporting daily about our customer's employees from and to Hubei province, actively assisting the government in carrying out epidemic control and achieving good results. Relevant government departments in Dongcheng District of Beijing has fully affirmed CPEC's hard work and efforts.
Because many of the company's business involves important enterprises’ daily operation such as human resources management, financial and tax management, and emergency management, thus just after the Spring Festival, many customer documents and forms about social security information, tax declaration information, etc. are coming. The employees some wear masks and protective goggles to work at the unit, some rush to the unit to help customers deal with emergencies at weekends; and some are connected online at home to digitally handle duties while cannot go to work due to epidemic restrictions. Colleagues in the office cooperate remotely and cloud-work together.
In response to psychological problems such as panic, anxiety and other psychological problems that are likely to be caused during the epidemic, and the impact of many companies getting back to work, CPEC's training business section created and launched training courses and psychological counseling for the stress. Provide warm psychological assistance to the employees of customer units.
The concept is always consistent across the company: think about what customers think, sincere to meet customers' needs.
Although the expected virus is ruthless, and there is still love in the world. Together we will overcome difficulties together. CPEC's great love is to love the motherland, love employees and love customers! These are by no means empty slogans on the mouth, but every CPEC person is practically doing in daily work and life.
